A Taste of Covington 5-Day Food, Wine, Music & Art Festival returns to downtown Covington, Louisiana April 10-14, 2019.

Highlights of the five-day festival include:

Wednesday and Thursday, April 10-11
6:30pm Cocktail Hour, 7:00pm Seatings
Vintner's Dinners
Two types of all-inclusive dinners with wine pairings at top local restaurants, over two evenings: the "Silver Dinner," three courses for $65, and "Gold Dinner," four or more courses for $90. See website for information on Silver/Gold dinner offerings at each participating restaurant. Reservations are required, and seating is limited.

Participating restaurants will be announced as the event nears.

The Grand Tasting
Acquistapace's Covington Supermarket
125 E. 21st Ave.
Sample over 70 wines and enjoy live music under two tents attached to the store's wine warehouse, which holds the largest selection of wines in the south. Live music. Limited to 350 tickets.

Saturday, April 13
3:00pm - 5:00pm: Festa del Vino
Location TBA
Fine Wine-Tasting. $65 per ticket includes logo wine glass, premium wine tasting and hor d'oeuvres. Live music. Limited to 100 tickets.

6:00pm-9:00pm: Spring for Art
Historic St. John District, Downtown Covington
St. Tammany Art Association's annual free event features art gallery openings, live music and other performances at multiple locations indoors and out, shopping events, and more. Free and open to the public.

Sunday, April 14
Champagne Jazz Brunch

$50 per person. Includes live jazz music.
Two seating times by reservation only: 10:30am-12:00pm and 1:30pm-3:00pm. Champagne and first courses begin promptly at 10:30am and 1:30pm respectfully. Must be 21 years or older to attend.

All events except Spring for Art are ticketed events. Events have sold out each year, so be sure to purchase and reserve early! Details on participating restaurants' menus and all events are available at www.aTasteofCovington.com.

The Covington Business Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to representing and advancing the interest of local businesses in Historic Downtown Covington. Free parking in oxlots and side streets throughout the walkable district.
