The St. Tammany Art Association presents its annual showcase of small works by STAA members, to be exhibited in the Dorothy Severson and Trudy Williamson galleries of its historic STAA Art House in downtown Covington.
Unlike most exhibitions where works remain on display until the end of the exhibition, all pieces in this "Miniatures" show are made available as "cash-and-carry" for easy holiday gifting. The exhibit opens during Three Rivers Art Festival weekend, November 12-13, 2016, with an Open House from 10am to 5pm both days. Additional activities will be held in and around the facility throughout the weekend; visit the STAA website and social sites for current information.
In addition to the miniatures exhibit, the STAA presents in its Miriam Barranger Gallery Reginald Pollack and the Dance of Death - Selections from the New Orleans Museum of Art, a collection of works from NOMA's archives on the theme of self-reflection.
All events are free and open to the public and are presented at the St. Tammany Art Association, 320 N. Columbia St., Covington, LA 70433.
Free parking on street and in oxlot behind buildings.
