Buffet Selections Include:

1. Pain Perdue with fresh fruit in Chantilly cream - (French Toast) Served with a side of bacon.
2. Eggs Benedict Bayou Haven - Poached egg served on top of buttermilk biscuit, with bacon and sliced avocado. Topped with Hollandaise sauce.
3. Two scrambled eggs and buttermilk biscuit, served with a side of bacon.
Beverages include: Mimosa bar, Bloody Mary bar, coffee, iced tea, milk and water
