NPAS Chorale: Revolutionaries of Rock-n-Roll

The Northlake Performing Arts Society's final concert of the season features the founders of Rock-n-Roll, including Fats Domino, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, Queen and many more. Favorite tunes from the times are Rock Around the Clock, Can't Help Falling in Love, Jailhouse Rock, Shake Rattle and Roll and many more. 

Performances are Friday, May 25 at 7:30pm and Sunday, May 27 at 3pm.

Admission is free, with donations encouraged. Tickets to NPAS concerts are typically $20. Questions can be directed to tickets@npas.info or by calling (985) 276-9335.

Known for musical excellence and award-winning performances, the NPAS Chorale performs major classical works as well as Broadway and contemporary music. Its repertoire ranges from Brahms to Mozart, from Pirates of Penzance and Mikado to Godspell plus a bi-annual Madrigal Feaste. The Chorale has performed under its founder, Laura Lane, director Dr. Meg Frazier and its current artistic director, Dr. Alissa Rowe, as well as Arthur Fagan, Moses Hogan and other distinguished conductors. The Northlake Performing Arts Society is a non-profit organization, funded by gifts and donations from people who share a passion for great music.
