The Old Feed Store Music Series features Bluegrass, Country, Americana, Folk, Cajun, and Celtic groups and are held on Saturday afternoons beginning at 12 NOON during the Spring and Fall months. A "jam session" is held following the concert and is open to all interested musicians.
All concerts are free and open to the public, however seating is limited so arrive early for a chair.
The Series began as Steve Buchholz and Van Glynn sought a Northshore venue where local musicians could have a place to play their music and audiences could have a relaxed environment to enjoy more of the great musicians in our area. The uncertainty of weather pointed toward an indoor venue where audiences and musicians alike could enjoy the music. Harvey Marsolan has been a great partner in the music series hosting the concerts in his 1930's era feedstore (Marsolan Feed and Seed, downtown Covington) and helping support the artists.
