Located adjacent to the Tammany Trace in Old Mandeville, the Trailhead features an interactive fountain with splash pad open March to October, a lookout tower, and amphitheater with seasonal community events, including free concerts on Fridays in the spring and Saturdays in fall. The Cultural Interpretive Center is a hands-on museum of Mandeville history including short films, touch screens and dioramas. The Mandeville Trailhead Community Market is held 9am-1pm Sat. Free entertainment and educational demonstrations. Handmade crafts and prepared foods.
