Celebrating its 42nd year in 2023, the Slidell Spring Street Fair is an annual, two-day family event held on the last weekend in March in and around Griffith Park and ranging over six blocks of the Olde Towne area of Slidell.
Held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, the festival features over 200 booths of antiques, collectibles, arts and crafts, and antique shops, plus great food and live music on three stages. The music lineup will be announced as the event nears on their Facebook page.
Shops and galleries in the district carry antique and distressed furniture, stained glass, art, pottery, jewelry, crystal, hand painted porcelain, collectibles, home decor, vintage clothing, and Saints & LSU merchandise. The Olde Towne area is also home to the Slidell Museum, which displays artifacts and historical accounts about the Civil War, and is open during the festivals.
