The annual En Plein Air Art Exhibition, featuring landscape paintings created in Abita Springs and elsewhere in St. Tammany Parish during the weeks leading up to the event, will be on display in the Abita Springs Trailhead Museum April 5-7, 2019.
An opening reception will be held Friday, April 5, 6-9pm. The artwork will be displayed 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. A portion of each sale benefits the Abita Springs Trailhead Museum.
The 2018 exhibition featured an extensive lineup of fine artists: Auseklis Ozols, John Preble, Mary Monk, Ken Hopel, Claude Ellender, Kaori Maeyama, Billy Solitario, Ben Bensen III, Jo-Ann Ciolino Adams, Phil Sandusky, Diego Larguia, Judy Newman, Anne Pappas, Julia Rubin, Peggy Hesse, Carol Hallock, Louis Morales, Peg Usner, Muriel Dauterive, Alan Flattmann, Renee Mitchell Mithun, Oksana Fogg, and Al Champagne.
