The Town of Abita Springs welcomes the return of Abita Opry to Town Hall for three concerts this fall. The second in the series will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. Performances inside Town Hall are 7-9 p.m. In addition to the main stage lineup, a live performance is held on the front porch for an hour before the show.
Admission is $20 per seat, all seats. Some general admission tickets will be available at the door but advance purchase is highly recommended, as the Opry has many season ticket holders. To purchase, call Kathy Armand at (504) 214-7777. In case of sell-out, the concert can also be seen on closed circuit TV on the front porch, and some outside seating will be available.
Abita Opry performances are held annually on third Saturdays during the months of March, April, May, September, October and November. All Spring reserved seating tickets are available February 1st. All Fall reserved seating tickets are available August 1st. The Abita Springs Opry is produced by the nonprofit organization, Abita Opry Inc. whose mission is to preserve and present Louisiana "Roots" music, with music being played primarily acoustically, in its original form.
