Playmakers, Inc. Community Theater presents All Together Now! A Global Event Celebrating Theatre, a fundraiser for the Covington theater, during the weekend of November 13-14, 2021. That weekend, community theaters around the globe will perform Broadway musical numbers on their stages. For Playmakers, this is a fundraiser to help the theater thrive after challenges from COVID and Hurricane Ida.

An ensemble cast of talented singers led by vocalist, actor and musical director Aaron Turnipseed will entertain guests at performances on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $25 and will be available at the end of October at

Playmakers, Inc. is a 501(C)3 organization founded in 1955, typically presenting six plays and musicals each year, September to July, as well as summer camps for kids 6-16, and Readers Theatre, a series of play readings presented away from the theater, bringing theatrical experiences to underserved communities.

The theater is located approximately 4 miles north of Covington in the San Souci Forest, at 19106 Playmakers Rd., off Hwy. 437/ N. Lee Rd.  If traveling north, turn left at Playmakers Road and follow the road until it ends, at the theater. You will be directed where to park.
