Adventure awaits as Pelican Park hosts their 2nd Castine Family Campout, February 24-25, 2023. Bring your best campfire stories as you play games, eat S'mores, watch camping demonstrations, learn about animals at the wildlife meet & greet, and have a scavenger hunt around Pelican Park after hours.
The Castine Family Campout is open to families and residents of all ages (children must be accompanied by an attending adult). Registration is required and must be completed by Friday, February 17th. Registration fees include BBQ-style dinner and breakfast for each paid participant. (Those registered by February 14th to receive a commemorative event t-shirt for additional $10.)
Participants are responsible for providing their own bedding, sleeping arrangements and personal items needed for the event, and must arrive by 6 p.m. Friday, February 24 with tent set-up 5-6 p.m. and activities to follow. Guests must depart before 9 a.m. Saturday, February 25.

Fees:
Family of 2= $65, Family of 3= $100, Family of 4= $135, Family of 5 = $170. Call the office for prices on groups larger than those listed.
*Additional fees added for designated Campout Kits (crafts, compass, & commemorative items)
