Join the Community Christian Concern for great food, live music and family fun in Olde Towne Slidell for Chief Fandal's Wild Game, Seafood & BBQ Cook Off on Saturday, September 30, 2023. This year's event will feature food prepared by over 20 cook teams, and admission includes an all-you-can-eat pass to sample them all. Visit the arts & crafts fair, check out the live auction with Chief Fandal, and the kids' zone for face painting, sidewalk chalk, Cornhole and other games. 

Admission is, for age 13 and up, $25 in advance or $30 at the gate. For age 12 and under, $5 advance, $10 at gate. Gates are open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The music lineup will be announced on the website.

All proceeds support the Community Christian Concern's mission to touch one life at a time by providing compassion, guidance and basic necessities to individuals and families in crisis. So, come pass a good time, share some good food and support a great cause at the cook-off. Sponsorships are available and include multiple tickets to the event, free cook team registration and more.
