The historic Dew Drop Social & Benevolent Jazz Hall in Old Mandeville closes its fall 2019 concert series with a Christmas and holiday-themed show on Saturday, December 7, 6:30 to 9:00 pm.
Admission for each concert is $10 at the door. Concerts at the historic site are produced by the non-profit Friends of the Dew Drop. Members will maintain a beverage center for a nominal fee and offer souvenir Dew Drop merchandise. The members of the First Free Mission Baptist Church next door will offer hearty, home-cooked meals for a nominal fee.
Owned by the City of Mandeville, the Dew Drop is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is managed by the non-profit Friends of the Dew Drop who all volunteer to bring music to the historic site and preserve and protect it.
