The Old Mandeville Business Association (OMBA) will welcome spring to Old Mandeville on Saturday, April 22 at the 8th Annual Girod Street Stroll. This popular annual event takes place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Girod Street from the Mandeville Trailhead to the Lakefront. (Rain date: Saturday, May 13.)

Stroll down Girod Street in Old Mandeville sampling classic bourbon craft cocktails and light tasting plates created by top local chefs. Tickets are $50, available at https://www.oldmandevillebusiness.org/products/girod-street-stroll. Patrons must be 21 or older to participate.
Note: A limited number of tickets are available, so purchase soon as this event typically sells out in advance. Tickets are non-refundable, regardless if the rain date is required.

The stroll begins at the Mandeville Trailhead to LaLou's Restaurant, Brookes Bike Shop & Tallulah's Gift Shop. Patrons will enjoy more than 30 stroll stops featuring light tasting plates by top local chefs, or classic Bourbon cocktails like Mint Juleps, and Old Fashioneds. Each cocktail stop will put their own creative spin on these New Orleans favorites. Local artists will be on site selling their original works, with a live painting event and live music at some stops (TBD).

Patrons must purchase a commemorative cup online, which is their ticket to sample all food and beverages at the event. Patrons can pick up their cup at their chosen business March 20th - April 21st during the businesses hours of operation. If you have not picked up your cup by April 21st, it will be relocated to the Monroe St. wristband station on April 22nd. Please do not wait until the day of the stroll to pick up your cup. Help volunteers keep this process streamlined, quick and easy.
Wristbands may be picked up between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the Mandeville Trailhead and on the corner of Monroe & Girod Streets.
