The Junior League of Greater Covington presents the annual Harvest Cup Polo Classic at Summergrove Farms in Folsom, on Sunday, October 20.
In addition to the exciting polo matches, you can expect fabulous food and beverages from regional restaurants, specialty libations, live entertainment, silent auctions, a VIP experience, and more. This year the raffle grand prize is a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 SUV, courtesy of sponsor Mercedes-Benz of Covington. Tickets are $100 per chance and only 1,000 tickets will be sold. The drawing will be held on the day of Harvest Cup Polo Classic October 20, 2019. Prize has $58,910 value.
Admission to the Harvest Cup Polo Classic is $150. The beneficiary of Polo With a Purpose this year is year the New Heights Therapy Center. Tickets are now available at www.harvestcuppolo.com.
Now in its 23rd year, this unique fundraising event is the primary fundraiser for the Junior League of Greater Covington (JLGC). The event boasts over 1,200 patrons in attendance annually. Support for the Polo Classic allows the JLGC to impact the community through projects like Project Homecoming, Project Prom, Girls’ Health Day Programming and more. Attendees can learn more about polo club members and their community projects at the event, and will have access to specialty bars, signature restaurants, a cigar bar, massages, and more, and generous food vendors will be spread throughout the field so guests do not have to walk very far to enjoy a great bite to eat.
The Junior League of Greater Covington is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
