Celebrate America's birthday in Heritage Park at the 22nd Annual Slidell Heritage Festival!
Lots of good food, music, games and inflatables for the kids, arts and crafts booths, specialty vendors, and a fireworks display at 9 pm. From 4 pm to 9 pm, artists and craftsmen will display their work in the Camellia City Art-in-the-Park area in eight vendors with crafts to include handmade jewelry and a Farmers Market booth. Also, the Slidell Robotics Team will be displaying its latest robotic invention.
The live entertainment schedule at the Slidell Memorial Hospital Stage opens the show at 4:30pm featuring fantastic local bands. Admission is $10 for ages 13 and up, $5 for kids ages 4-12 and free for kids 3 and under. No extra fee for children's activities.
Entry fees raise funds for Slidell charities. Charities benefiting from this festival include Boy Scouts-Cypress District, Boy Scouts of America - Cypress District, Slidell Police Association, Family Promise of St. Tammany,
Exceed in Stem, Bring It Home Northshore, Community Christian Concern and Children's Advocacy Center - Hope House.
