The St. Tammany Crab Festival returns to the scenic shore of Bayou Bonfouca in Slidell for three big days of music, food and festival fun, September 20, 21 and 22, 2019. The festival opens at 5:00 p.m. Friday and closes at 11:30 p.m., and runs 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

The Crab Festival is fun for the whole family, celebrating Louisiana’s succulent crabs and other aquatic delicacies reeled in from the bayous and the Gulf, and featuring some of greatest entertainers In Southeast Louisiana. Vintage car enthusiasts will marvel over the many classic cars, trucks, rat rods, motorcycles and other unique vehicles in the 5th Annual Mr. Crab’s Car Show. Also returning is Captain Dave of Cat’s Meow Fishing Charters, who will take passengers aboard his boat for a scenic tour of Bayou Bonfouca.

And, last but not least, it is no longer necessary to pay admission to the full festival to ride the carnival rides! Carnival entrance area is on Fremaux St. before the park entrance.

Personal chairs and umbrellas are welcome, but leave the coolers at picnics at home: no outside food or drink will be permitted. Parking is free, but space is limited. Shuttle service may be available; follow the event on Facebook for up-to-date information on all activities.

TICKETS
Adults' single-day festival admission is $20 in advance or $25 at the gate. Three-day Festival Passes are $40 available online in advance only (no gate sales). Children under 12 are admitted free. Purchase advance tickets at StTammanyCrabFestival.com.

ARTIST LINEUP
In the immortal words of Hank Williams, “Gonna have big fun on the bayou” when the St. Tammany Crab Festival returns to the scenic shore of Bayou Bonfouca in Slidell on September 20th, 21st and 22nd

In addition to headlining Louisiana’s succulent crabs and other aquatic delicacies reeled in from the bayous and the Gulf, this year’s Crab Fest will feature some of greatest entertainers In Southeast Louisiana.

Friday, September 20th will be hosted by Paul Crosby formerly of Saliva and feature Green Gasoline (winner of Crab Fest Battle of The Bands 2018), Adam Pearce (Finalist on The Voice - Season 13) with Platinum-record-selling bands Drowning Pool and Lit.

On Saturday, September 21st, will feature Fremaux Ave Band, Ronnie Bell & Sunshine Anderson. Followed by Hot Boy Ronald, DJ Mannie Fresh with Grammy Award-winning Juvenile closing out the night.

Other first-rate performers on Sunday September 22nd will include Witness, Box Office Giants, Partners-n-Crime, Sir Charles, Pokey Bear and platinum selling artist Jon B.

Located approximately 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans, the St. Tammany Crab Festival offers a wide variety of wholesome family fun and entertainment as the largest and most diverse family-oriented event on Louisiana’s Northshore.
