The Northlake Nature Center and St. Tammany Parish Public Library present “Storywalk!” on Monday, November 19 from 12pm to 3pm.

Walk the trails at the Northlake Nature Center while reading an interactive story along the way: I Knew an Old Lady Who Swallowed A Pie. No reservations required, and free to the public! Bring a snack or lunch to enjoy a picnic before or after. Stroller and wheelchair accessible.

The Northlake Nature Center (NNC) is a non-profit organization that provides nature related educational and healthy active lifestyle programs for school groups, Scouts, and the general public. The NNC also manages a 400-acre Nature Preserve east of Mandeville, LA. providing a venue of community service opportunities. The site offers over 8 miles of hiking and biking trails and a canoe launch free for public use open from dawn to dusk.
