Experience the power and passion of live music performed by the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) and the Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestra (GNOYO). The City of Mandeville hosts the orchestras on Saturday, October 26; 4 pm to 7:30 pm (rain date Sunday, October 27). GNOYO opens the show at 4 PM followed by Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra at 5 PM.
LPO musicians will be dressed in Halloween costumes, and audience members are invited to get in the spirit by costuming, too. Relax amid Mandeville's natural beauty of century-old oaks adorning Lake Pontchartrain, crowned with a breathtaking sunset.
The event is free to the public and attendees are encouraged to bring food, drinks, and chairs, and picnic throughout the evening.
