Day 1 

Host a meet and greet during registration with complimentary Louisiana Northshore welcome bags at one of our St. Tammany hotels. Organize a fun ice breaker to re-connect with everyone.

Day 2

Take a guided boat tour of Honey Island Swamp to learn about our history and native wildlife. Treat the group to lunch at Palmettos on the Bayou overlooking Bayou Bonfouca or take a creative cooking class at Passionate Platter for a garden-to-table experience. After lunch explore Historic Olde Towne Slidell to shop for antiques and rare finds. Visit Slidell Mardi Gras Museum which displays Carnival memorabilia, such as dresses, costumes, sectors goblet, photographs, and historical scrapbooks from past Kings and Queens. Stop by the hotel to freshen up before a delicious French Creole dinner at Annadele’s Plantation in Covington. 

Day 3

Hold a baby gator (seasonal hatching available) at Insta-Gator Ranch and Hatchery or explore a safari wagon tour to feed a family of giraffes at Global Wildlife Center in Folsom. Tour Abita Brewery, the largest and oldest craft brewery in Louisiana, and sip brews in the newly expanded tasting room in Abita Springs. Head to The Chimes Restaurant and Tap Room in Covington for lunch and indulge in regional specialties like gumbo, seafood po-boys, and oysters while overlooking the Bogue Falaya River. Discover our rich history at the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Maritime Museum in Madisonville. Exhibits feature early maritime history showcasing watercraft models, award-winning films, and cultural diorama OR tour the Otis House a Queen Anne-style Victorian home located in Fairview-Riverside State Park. Close the exciting day, with dinner and a show at the Movie Tavern in Covington.

Other Day Options: Visit the New Orleans’ National WWII Museum. Enjoy lunch at the BB Stage Door Canteen or a garden-to-table meal at the American Sector Restaurant and Bar. Or, tour the USS KIDD Veterans Museum in Baton Rouge. Select from dining options in the downtown area for lunch.
