Create your combination with any or all of their three dozen+ toppings over a sauce of your choice: classic, sweet or spicy red, garlic white cream, pesto or olive oil. Top it off with a drizzle of pesto, BBQ, ranch, olive oil or balsamic for an extra flavor explosion. Those looking for a gluten-free option can build their own pie atop the cauliflower thin crust, a 13" pie for just a little more. If you like trying new flavor combinations, you'll want to check out the chef's signature pies, the "Planet Pizzas," nine pizzas named for the nine* planets in our solar system. All are topped with mozzarella, naturally, but that's the only constant. The Mercury features a pesto sauce topped with chicken, red peppers, garlic and arugula; the Jupiter is pepperoni, meatballs and red onion atop classic red sauce, a pie as colorful as the gas giant itself; the Saturn is BBQ, Gorgonzola, chicken, red onion and "rings" of banana peppers, and who knew Earth was made of olive oil, tomatoes, basil and Parmesan? *Here, little Pluto gets to be a planet again!
