This pet-friendly, community gathering space in the heart of Folsom features a café, weekly farmers market, a library, Far Horizons Art Collective, and The Stables, an Airbnb property with three cottages.
The café features specialty hot and cold coffee drinks, smoothies, frozen drinks, teas and chai, and a variety of light bites, including pastries, panini and soups for breakfast and lunch. Indoor and outdoor dining, and drive-through. During summer months, "Bee Sweet" Snowballs opens next door in the 19th Century cottage, serving ice cream and snowballs with traditional or house-specialty flavors made from natural fruit purees or local honey.
As a central gathering place for the town's residents, the restaurant holds multiple events throughout the month, inside and outside on the shaded deck, which features a fire pit and chairs, and The Paddock, a shady outdoor space for the farmers market and larger events. Admission to all is free.
Open every day, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Open late Fridays for events; bring your favorite festing chair for live music.
See Facebook page for current information about these and other special events happening throughout the month.
