Located in the former Gio's Villa Vancheri, Chef Papillon Anderson carries on Chef Gio's tradition of preparing delicious, authentic Italian cuisine, adding a few new French dishes to the menu. Guests enjoy fine dining in a comfortable atmosphere, indoors or on the balcony overlooking the Mandeville Trailhead. Open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner only, and Sundays for brunch. Reservations strongly recommended. Be sure to stop downstairs at Gio's Angolo wine bar for drinks, homemade gelato, and on some nights, live music.
