The Northshore's newest full service hotel in Covington features 93 comfortable and well appointed guestrooms as well as suites with adjoining living areas for both a single King bed, or two Queen beds. These spacious suites feature central wet bar and bath areas. The hotel features an on-site restaurant & bar open for breakfast and dinner. The Bourbon Street Bar & Grill's menu merges American and Cajun cuisine to treat guests to familiar foods with local flavor, offering nightly specials in the bar, room service and either off-menu or buffet breakfasts. Amenities include an outdoor pool & patio with fire pit and poolside service, fitness center, 24-hour business center, meeting center, same-day dry cleaning and laundry service, complimentary wired and wireless internet access, Keurig, refrigerator, free HBO and HD TV channels and more. The Saints Meeting room offers 1,400 square feet of meeting space, along with a pre-function area that has an additional 1,200 square feet. Meeting room features fast wifi, digital overhead projector, DVD player, mounted LCD monitors/TVs, 990 GBS ethernet, presentation supplies (whiteboard, flip chart and markers, etc.), podium with microphone, modem lines and more. The hotel is located on land once known as "Pretty Acres," a country club with motel, restaurant, golf course, horse track and swimming owned by trumpeter/singer/bandleader Louis Prima, who called Covington home when not performing in Las Vegas. Guests of the hotel on Louis Prima Drive enjoy the proximity to lots of dining options, shopping, Pretty Acres Dog Park and more. (Sorry, no pets permitted at the hotel.) Kids ages 18 and under stay for free when sharing their parents’ room. Up to four kids ages 11 and under eat free any time of the day in any Holiday Inn® on-site restaurant.
