Breakfast includes an omelet station, Eggs Creole, Grillades and Grits, and classic bacon, sausage, biscuits and potatoes. Lunch features salads--watermelon or Caesar--Chicken and Andouille gumbo, stuffed artichoke soup, top round roast beef, carved glazed ham, Pecan Catfish Meuniere, shrimp and tasso pasta and Italian green beans. Be sure to leave room for dessert! Choose from Bananas Foster, fresh fruit or assorted mini pies and pastries. Coffee and tea are included, and alcoholic beverage are available for purchase.
