A farm-to-table gastropub that incorporates in-season ingredients from Covey Rise and Screaming Oaks farms. Menu changes daily.
A summer dinner may feature herb roasted chicken with a field mushroom medley, flat iron steak with Bordelaise sauce and Yukon gold potatoes or mustard-crusted Scottish lake salmon with braised lentils, or lighter fare, like beet salad with goat cheese and candied walnuts, pistachio-crusted goat cheese or French onion soup with Gruyere.
Brunch includes Eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles, Quiche Lorraine, smoked salmon bagel, Coq au vin, deep dish apple pancake and other unique and flavorful combinations.
Craft cocktails are served at the fully stocked bar, and the wine menu changes regularly depending on availability of ingredients (wines are paired with meals). Generally, you'll find wines by the glass and/or bottle: reds, whites, rosé and bubbly; see website or Facebook page for menu.
Open Thursday through Saturday for cocktails and small plates from 2pm to 5pm and dinner 5pm to 9pm, and on Sundays for brunch from 11am to 2pm. Online reservations accepted via the restaurant's website.
