RESTAURANTS, BUSH
Mostly rural, Bush has only one restaurant. And it’s only open three days a week. A longtime locals’ favorite, HOS isn’t fancy, but its display of sheer Louisiana bounty is jaw-dropping. Cold, raw oysters. Deep-fried softshell crab. Whatever’s in season is on the buffet.
